To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, we have outlined our booking policy below: 1. **Reservation Process:** - Reservations for rentals can be made in advance through our website. - We recommend making reservations at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. - Same-day rentals are subject to availability. 2. **Rental Duration:** - Boats are available in increments of 4 hours. 3. **Rental Fees:** - Rental fees are based on the duration of the rental and the type of boat selected. - Our current rental rates are available on our website. 4. **Cancellation Policy:** - Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time will not be eligible for a refund. - In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. 5. **Safety Guidelines:** - All renters must be proficient swimmers and capable of handling a kayak. - Life jackets must be worn by all individuals while on the water, in accordance with local regulations. - Kayak must be used in designated areas only and returned in the same condition as when rented. 6. **Age Restrictions:** - Renters must be at least 18 years old to book a kayak rental. - Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will assume responsibility for their safety and conduct. 7. **Liability Waiver:** - Prior to renting a canoe, all renters will be required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging the inherent risks associated with canoeing and releasing the RV park from any liability for accidents or injuries. 8. **Additional Terms:** - The RV park reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual or group deemed unfit or unsafe to operate a canoe. - We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the rental period. - Any damage to rental equipment beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the renter and may result in additional charges.
